Support for row/column headers for IA2 objects (outside of browse mode) #926

As you move through the grid with the arrow keys NVDA announces your position in the grid, but doesn't announce the corresponding column header like JAWS does. It'd be cool if column headers could be announced.

Core support added in c47423a. IA2 implementation (including Firefox) added in d25b2ca.
Changes:
Changed title from "Announce column header when using the arrow keys to move through a grid" to "Support for row/column headers for IA2 objects (outside of browse mode)"
Milestone changed from None to 2012.3
