OS: windows 7 ultimate 32-bit
NVDA: R3914 portable

STR:

  1. go to temp folder and press select all and delete/empty those files.
  2. a pop-up windows tells that the file in use, so i press "skip.:
  3. after all unneeded files deleted, NVDA plays an arror sound.

log file attached.

I'm guessing this is harmless. Was there any actual problem or just the error sound?

technical: We should add this error to the list of debugWarning COM errors: RPC_E_DISCONNECTED = -2147417848

There's only error sound and I don't think is very serious. I just filed in a report in case any serious issue actually.
